Tracey our Head Receptionist has been with Langley Dental Clinic since 2002 and as well as providing a friendly face to meet and greet, efficiently looking after our patients and running of reception, she also takes responsibility for a lot of the practice’s administration especially patient correspondence including the organising of patient loans and our Loyalty Scheme.

Upon joining our team Tracey brought with her a wealth of experience from various administration and secretarial roles which has lead to her role within the team developing into providing a PA role to Gordon Pate to fulfil his administration needs; for instance patient referrals ensuring a more efficient service is provided to our patients. Her customer service experience has meant that although not a clinical member of staff Tracey has always taken pride in providing an excellent level of customer care and has therefore shown a keen interest to learn about the treatments provided by the clinic gaining competence in providing information and being able to answer any patient questions.

If you are a new patient to our practice you will most likely meet Tracey upon arrival to be thoroughly informed about the services the clinic can provide for you along with finding out about your specific needs to ensure we provide the service that you require.
